MISSION
STATEMENT
“DC
educational services is dedicated to providing high quality
educational and psychological services to children and
families. Our mission is to provide people with the information
and assistance needed to reach their educational goals
and to increase community understanding of the needs of
individuals with learning difficulties by using solution-oriented
methods to address those needs.”
The
key to our success is having over 30 years of experience
in the field of learning difficulties and in helping children
with a variety of concerns:
- Under achieving in school
- Disruptive Behaviour at home
and school
- Lack of Confidence
- Poor Handwriting, Spelling and
Numeracy
- Lack of Concentration
- Social or Behavioural Difficulties
DC educational services has a team of counselling
and clinical psychologists, testing staff, educational consultants,
behavioural trainers and academic skills tutors who all
work collaboratively to determine the cause of the child's
learning difficulties and explore reasons for their behaviour
in order to recommend and apply solutions.
